Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 21 days to allow you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

The 21 day returns policy applies irrespective of your geographical location.

 

Returns / exchanges

In the event that you wish to make a return on your order, please contact sales@solbou.com or fill out the RETURNS FORM and we will be in touch to guide you through the process and supply any shipping labels as appropriate.

We currently offer returns to customers under the following terms:

UK Customers

Free Returns on all orders.

International (Non-UK) Customers

Return shipping costs to be paid by customer. 

Conditions of return:

  • We are notified within 5 days from the date of delivery of the customer's intention to return.
  • We receive the returned product within 14 days from delivery.
  • The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with the SOLBOU quality tag and any other labels still attached, and otherwise in a 'new' condition.
  • Products returned under this policy must be sent to the address provided by SOLBOU. 
  • The responsibility for the product is in the hands of the customer as soon as he/she receives it. Therefore the customer assumes full responsibility of the return and condition of the product and should ensure the product is safely packaged before shipping. In case of returning a damaged or defect product, SOLBOU can deduct money from the amount that you are to be refunded.
  • We do not offer free returns on exchanged items (unless faulty)
  • We cannot offers refunds on items lost, damaged or misplaced due to customer providing an incorrect delivery address. 

 

REFUNDS

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy, including any original delivery charges.

We will refund you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and in any event, within 14 days following the day we receive the returned product.

 

Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product:

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
