SOLBOU RETURNS POLICY

Updated // 1st July 2016.

Our return policy lasts 14 days to allow you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

The 14 day returns policy applies irrespective of your geographical location.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

 

Free UK Returns

In the event that you wish to make a return on your UK order, please contact sales@solbou.com or fill out the RETURNS FORM and we be in touch to guide you through the process. You will be provided with a pre-paid Royal Mail postage label.

Conditions:

(a) we are notified within 5 days following the date of delivery of the product of the customer's intention to return.

(b)  we receive the returned product within 10 days following notification of the customer's intention to return.

(c) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with the SOLBOU quality tag and any other labels still attached, and otherwise in a 'new' condition.

Important Note:

The responsibility of the product is in the hands of the customer as soon as customer receives it. Therefore the customer assumes full responsibility of the return and condition of the product and should ensure the product is safely packaged before shipping. In case of returning a damaged or defect product, SOLBOU can deduct money from the amount that you are to be refunded.

 

EU & REST OF WORLD RETURNS

You will be responsible for the delivery costs associated with returns under this policy.

Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy, including any original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

We will refund you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days following the day we received your returned product.

Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product:

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
